The Toronto Raptors Have Traded Pascal Siakam to the Indiana Pacers

It finally happened. 

After a year full of rumours and gossip, Pascal Siakam has finally been traded to the Indiana Pacers.

In return, the Raptors get Bruce Brown, Jordan Nwora & three first-round picks:

• 2024 via Indy 
• 2024 1st (worst of OKC, HOU, UTAH, LAC)
• 2026 1st (unclear on protections)

The New Orleans Pelicans are a 3rd team in this deal, sending Kira Lewis to the Raptors, it seems for salary dumping reasons so far. They were a luxury tax team, and this trade would allow them to duck under, as well as save them $18M. Currently unclear who else is leaving the Raptors along with Siakam, in order to match salaries.
